Exploring the Thoughtful Technique Behind Champagne Bollinger

Journalist Evan Malachosky of Cool Hunting published a detailed story recapping his harvest experience at Champagne Bollinger.  The article, Exploring the Thoughtful Technique Behind Champagne Bollinger, is a beautiful homage to the house, capturing the true essence of what makes Bollinger stand out. He outlines in detail how Bollinger emphasizes craftsmanship in every facet of its production – from the vineyards where they own more than 60% of their grapes, into the cellars (hand-riddling and disgorgement) and even with actual bottling. Bollinger continues to do many things the traditional way and by hand to ensure quality is never compromised, remaining the only maison with an in-house cooper, for example.
